Welcome to Cowboy Logic's Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. We are located just outside of Thermopolis, Wyoming. We've had Nubian goats for the last 8 years. Starting in 2010, we added a select herd of registered Nigerian Dwarf goats with outstanding pedigrees. These little dairy goats are eye-catching with their flashy colors and friendly personalities!
Our goal is to breed the best miniature dairy goats possible. Correct confirmation, beautiful markings, friendly, healthy and with strong milking abilites. We'd like to provide lots of options for any customer - those interested in showing, home dairy or pets.

Nigerian Dwarf Goats are a dairy breed that originated across the seas to West Africa. Does can range in height from 17"-19" at the withers (shoulders), while bucks or wethers (neutered males) will be a little taller at 19"-21". They are know for their sweet dispositions and exceptional quality of milk. For their size they can produce quite a bit of milk ranging from one to eight pounds with 2.5 pounds being average. Generally, 1 gallon of milk weighs about 8 lbs. They have the highest butterfat of all the goat breeds which contributes to the sweetness of their milk.

Getting a baby goat is a decision that should not be taken lightly, no matter how many cute babies are available. If you do decide that a goat would be a good addition to your farm, be sure to research the genetics and health of the babies available. Make the decision based on quality and not price. Remember that baby goats require time, energy, and money to grow into healthy, productive adults. So be prepared for that before you get your goat.
